There are some new changes brought to the training side of the NTCA. They are:
- Matt Welner of Blue Ridge Tile in North Carolina is joining the team as another contractor trainer
- Chad Jones is taking the step from being the set-up man to a full time training instructor
- Christopher Rachel of Superior Home Solutions in Nebraska is taking his place as the guy that travels around the country setting up and tearing down the modules
- Melissa Swan of Swan Family Home Repair in Florida is teaming up with Scott Carothers to conduct the 2-hour workshops
- Randy Fleming will continue to assist as a contract trainer.
- Mark Heinlein continues in the director role and occasional presentations
A Welcome Trend
I’ve mentioned before that our trade is simply too old and needs to get younger. The NTCA is a reflection of this.
That’s why these appointments, along with new regional directors Anthony Moses, Jane Callewaert, and Eric Blumer are welcome changes.
The faces are newer, fresher, and most importantly, younger!
